No entry without a pass in the Parade
For the first time in Pink Nagar, the Indian Army Day Parade is being organised on Jagatpura Mahal Road. This parade will be held on the15th of January 2026. Jaipur Police Commissioner Sachin Mittal said that no spectator will be allowed entry without a pass. The pass can be made online for free at sso.rajasthan.gov.in. He said that the audience should take their seats by 8 o’clock. Due to security reasons, entry will not be allowed at 8:30. Spectators must bring their valid ID card along with the pass for entry.
Follow these rules while attending the parade
- Spectators will not be able to carry any kind of inflammable substance, weapons or other suspicious material, including matchsticks.
- Information about suspects can be given to the police on helpline numbers 100, 112 and 7300363636.
- The police have released the map and a map of spectators’ seating blocks, parking lots and access routes.
- The seating arrangement for the spectators has been made in front of the Akshaya Patra Temple. Come from D-Mart Circle towards Mahavir Marg and Kendriya Vihar Marg.
- Traffic on Mahal Road will remain closed during the parade. General traffic going from Khatushyam Circle towards NRI Square, Akshaypatra, will be diverted from NRI Square to Haldighati Marg, VIT Road.
- Traffic going towards Bombay Hospital, Akshaypatra, from Vidhani Square will be diverted from Bombay Hospital Square to Kendriya Vihar Marg. In case of traffic pressure, the traffic going from Vidhani Square towards Bombay Hospital will be diverted from Vidhani Square towards Mahatma Gandhi Road.
- Traffic going from Rana Sanga Marg towards Akshaypatra Chouraha Mahal Road will be diverted from Dwarkapura Circle/Gautam Buddha Circle.
- Traffic going from Goner Marg towards Akshayapatra Chouraha Mahal Road will be diverted from D-Mart Circle.
- Traffic will remain closed on residential colony gates and small roads opening on Mahal Road from NRI Square to Bombay Hospital Square.
- The vehicles of the people coming to this historic event will be able to park at the designated parking places from Haldi Ghati Marg and Rana Sanga Marg. Buses can be parked on Goner Road, near Vrindavan Hotel, Purnima College, and JECRC University Marg.
