Surendra Pal Singh TT Resigned from Rajasthan Cabinet

Surendra Pal Singh TT has resigned from the Rajasthan cabinet minister post yesterday. The governor has accepted his resignation. In the elections of Karanpur assembly constituency, Congress candidate Rupinder Singh alias Ruby Kunnar has defeated BJP candidate and recently made minister Surendra Pal Singh TT. Kunnar defeated BJP candidate and Minister of State Surendrapal Singh TT by a margin of 11 thousand 283 votes.

TT taking oath

Surendra Pal Singh TT has the department but has not yet taken charge of the secretariat. TT has been allotted a room in the main building. TT is probably the first minister who became a minister without becoming an MLA. Moreover, he lost the election after taking oath as a minister.

At the same time, BJP not only made former MLA Surendrapal Singh TT its candidate. But also played a big political gamble by making him Minister of State in the newly formed government before the voting. But in the counting of votes held on Monday, the Minister of State TT had to face defeat.

Excitement in the first round, disappointment in the second round

When BJP candidate TT got a lead of 724 votes in the first round, there was a wave of happiness among BJP people and TT supporters. At the counting venue, the counting agents raised slogans of Jai Shri Ram. This happiness evaporated in the next round. In the second round, Kunnar of Congress performed well and gained a lead of 184 votes, stopping TT’s lead.

Of the total 18 rounds, apart from the first and fifteenth rounds, there was not even a single round in which TT got the lead. Only Congress candidates were ahead in 16 out of 18 rounds. The deposits of other candidates were confiscated.

Kunnar remained ahead of Surendra Pal Singh TT in the postal ballot vote.

Congress candidate Rupinder Singh Ruby Kunnar was also ahead of BJP candidate Surendrapal Singh TT by twenty votes in the postal ballot paper vote. While Kunnar got 189 votes, TT got only 167 votes. Aam Aadmi Party’s Prithipal Singh Sandhu got only 28 votes.

Maldives on the backfoot

Maldives on the backfoot due to strong reaction in India. Temperatures are rising between India and Maldives over the objectionable comments made by a government minister Mariam Shiuna and other leaders during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Lakshadweep.

The former deputy speaker confirmed the suspension of ministers. Former Deputy Speaker and MP of Maldives Eva Abdullah, while confirming the suspension of the ministers, has said that the government should apologize to the people of India. Eva Abdullah said, “We have been dependent on India for economic relations, social relations, health, education, business, tourism etc. People are aware of this and they are thankful for it. All political parties, including former ministers and coalition partners of the current government, have condemned the derogatory remarks.”

Aditya-L1 was placed in orbit. One more ISRO Success.
Aditya-L1 launched to study the activities of the Sun, has now reached and inserted into Halo-orbit at 4 pm on the 6th of January 2024. Indian Space Research Organization has once again created history. Aditya-L1, launched to study the activities of the Sun, has now reached its orbit.

The Aditya-L1 spacecraft follows a Halo orbit that is periodic and located roughly 1.5 million km away from Earth, moving continuously along the Sun-Earth line. Its orbital period is approximately 177E86 Earth days. This Halo orbit is a three-dimensional orbit that involves the Sun, Earth, and Aditya L1, and it is periodic. For mission longevity and fuel efficiency, the spacecraft will follow a specific halo orbit that ensures a continuous, unobstructed view for a 5-year mission lifetime with minimal station-keeping manoeuvres.

Benefit of Aditya-L1

The Aditya-L1 mission is an Indian solar observatory located at the Lagrangian point L1. It aims to observe and understand the Sun’s chromospheric and coronal dynamics continuously. Placing Aditya-L1 in the halo orbit around L1 has advantages over Low Earth Orbit (LEO).

Launch of Aditya-L1

Aditya-L1 mission was launched on 2 September 2023 from Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. Moreover, it was launched five months ago with PSLV-C57. Through this, ISRO will now get information about the mechanisms of the Sun including coronal heating, explosions on the Sun’s surface and solar winds. The budget of this mission is Rs 1,000 crore and its tenure is at least 5 years.

ISRO had sent 7 payloads with Aditya-L1. Of these, four payloads will work for monitoring the Sun. Three payloads are for in-situ use. Furthermore, the data received through these payloads will help in understanding the mysteries of the Sun and monitoring real-time solar activity.

Rajasthan ministers’ portfolios were announced yesterday Friday 5th of January 2024. The portfolios of the ministers in the Bhajanlal government have been divided in Rajasthan. Furthermore, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma will have many big departments including Personnel and Home. Moreover, Governor Shri Kalraj Mishra on Friday approved Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma’s proposal for the division of departments to the Council of Ministers.

The Governor has assigned Deputy CM Diya Kumari as minister for the Finance Department and the Tourism Department. Concurrently Deputy Chief Minister Premchand Bairwa has been assigned to the Technical Education, Higher Education, and Transport Department. Besides this, Kirori Lal Meena has been responsible for the Agriculture Department. Furthermore, Gajendra Singh Khinvsar was given the medical and health department.

Before this on the 30th of December 2023 Rajasthan cabinet expan sion was done. During this expansion 22 ministers took oath. Afterwards, the exercise regarding the division of the department was started. Furthermore, these expansions include 12 Cabinet and 5 Ministers of State (Independent Charge), 5 Ministers of State.

Traffic Jams due to Drivers strike

Traffic jams in many places throughout India occurred due to the driver’s strike. All India Truck and Bus Drivers Union says that their chakka jam has started against this fine and punishment. The most affected states are Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.

Reason for Driver’s Strike

The organization has also appealed to Ola, Uber and other private vehicle drivers across the country to join this strike.

All India Truck and Bus Drivers Union says that if the new law made for accidents during driving is not changed, then this strike will be extended indefinitely.

ISRO is working on the first day of New Year 2024.

ISRO will launch the country’s first x-ray polarimeter satellite today. It will be the first mission of ISRO on the first day of the new year 2024. Indian Space Research Organization i.e. ISRO is starting the year with a new space mission.

The Indian Space Research Organization will launch the country’s first polarimeter satellite in a few hours. This will study all aspects of the universe including black holes and galaxies. Furthermore, the countdown is on for the satellite launch. It is going to be completed very soon. ISRO will launch PSLV-C58 EXPOSat, an X-ray polarimeter satellite and 10 other payloads on Monday, the first day 2024.

The official has said that it started at 8.10 am on Sunday. This counting will be completed on January 1, 2024, at 9.10 am and the launch will also occur. Moreover, the 44.4-meter tall PSLV-C58 will take off from the first launchpad of SHAR Range with a payload of 260 tonnes in its 60th flight.
