Allahabad High Court has made important comments regarding conversion. Allahabad High Court has said that the illegal activity of conversion of people from other castes, including Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribal groups and economically poor persons, to Christianity is being done on a large scale in Uttar Pradesh. This should be stopped immediately. Along with this, the court also said that if the game of changing religion by luring continues, the majority population of the country will one day become a minority.
Case in Allahabad High Court.
The case on which the Allahabad High Court has commented is from Hamirpur in Uttar Pradesh. In the FIR, accused Kailash took Ramphal, the brother of complainant Ramkali Prajapati, a resident of Hamirpur, from Hamirpur to participate in a social function organized in Delhi. Many other people of Maudaha village were also taken to the social function and converted to Christianity.
Accused Kailash had promised the complainant that his mentally ill brother would be treated and he would be sent back to his native village within a week. When Ramkali asked accused Kailash why her brother had not returned after a week. She was concerned about his well-being. Moreover, she did not get any satisfactory answer to this from Kailash. Hence she filed a case against Kailash.
Enormous sums of money are being given to individuals who choose to convert.
The Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State argued that by organizing such meetings, a large number of people are being converted to Christianity and huge amounts of money are being provided to them. Furthermore, he also cited various statements of witnesses before the Court. These witnesses stated that the accused Kailash was taking people from the village to convert them to Christianity. Moreover, for this work, they were being paid huge amounts of money.
Plead by the accused’s lawyer in Allahabad High Court
The accused’s lawyer argued before the court that the complainant’s brother Ramphal had not converted, nor he is a Christian. He had attended a Christian religion and welfare event along with several other individuals. The lawyer further said that during the investigation, the police had recorded statements of various persons, which cannot be relied upon at this stage given that accused Kailash has no role to play. Sonu Pastor was the one who was holding such a meeting and he has already been released on bail.
Serious allegations on accused
Justice Rohit Ranjan Aggarwal heard the counsel for the parties involved in the case and perused the material on record. After this, Justice Rohit said in his decision that Article 25 of the Constitution of India provides for freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and propagation of religion. But it does not provide for conversion from one religion to another. The judgment said that the word ‘propaganda’ means to promote. But it does not mean converting a person from his religion to another religion.
In this case, the informant has made serious allegations against the accused. The allegation is that his brother was taken away from the village to participate in the welfare meeting organized in Delhi. Moreover, along with him, many people of the village were also taken there. They were converted into Christians.
Making a serious comment on the matter, the court said that if this process is allowed to continue, the majority population of this country will one day become a minority. Along with this, it was said that such religious gatherings should be stopped immediately where religious conversion is taking place. Moreover, such gatherings should be stopped where the citizens of India are being converted.
Justice Rohit said that this is against the constitutional mandate of Article 25 of the Indian Constitution. It does not provide activities for religious conversion. But only for freedom of conscience and free profession, practice and propagation of religion.
Allahabad High Court is worried about Illegal conversion activities taking place on a large scale
The court stated that it has noticed several cases of illegal conversion of people from other castes. The caste includes Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribal groups. Moreover, economically poor persons are converted to Christianity. Furthermore, the conversion is taking place on a large scale in Uttar Pradesh.
The court said that it has prima facie found that the accused is not entitled to bail. Therefore, the bail plea of the accused involved in this case is rejected.

Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Ms Diya Kumari announced point number 60 (VI) of the Vote on Account speech for the financial year 2024-2025. This announcement is to ensure better adherence to the principle of clean and transparent administration. Now the work of commercial tax and excise departments will be phased out. Moreover, arrangements for faceless management will be made.
With this view in mind, online integrated tax management, integrated excise management system and Jan Aadhaar wallet will be further strengthened and expanded in the state. In compliance with this announcement, an order has been issued to implement faceless management in phases for GST-related work in the Commercial Tax Department.
Arrangements done for faceless management
Rajasthan is the country’s first state to make this arrangement. This system has been implemented as per the decision-making system of the Income Tax Department. Furthermore, by this system ideals of ‘Anywhere Registry’ are implemented by the Registration and Stamp Department.
This order pertains to the Goods and Services Tax within the Commercial Tax Department. It aims to ensure an equal distribution of taxpayers based on administrative areas. Furthermore, it balances the workload of personnel and ensures proper and proportionate division of work. Moreover, it addresses interruptions in work performance due to vacancies, long-term holidays, and other administrative factors. To ensure non-arrival and neutral and impartial work-related objectivity, the new faceless/randomized system has been implemented in a phased manner. It is also proposed that the entire work system will be developed in the newly proposed Integrated Tax Management System.

Vasundhara Raje has stated some words during the Sunder Singh Bhandari Charitable Trust program in Udaipur has now been discussed a lot. She participated as a keynote speaker in the lecture series and special public honour program organized by Sunder Singh Bhandari Charitable Trust in Udaipur. During this program, she mentioned that in the past, loyalty in politics was a result of respect and support for the leader. This does not happen at the current time. Today, individuals prioritize severing the finger that they rely on to learn how to walk.
Vasundhara Raje said a big thing through gestures
It is believed that CM Vasundhara Raje broke her silence after a long time and said a big thing through gestures. She was referring to those people whom she once promoted in Rajasthan politics, but today his politics have changed. Moreover, this indication was towards the start of Jan Sangh.
Vasundhara Raje reminded the contribution of Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia, the founder member of Jan Sangh. She said for the first time in the country, the Government of Jan Sangh was formed in MP in 1967 and Shri Govind Narayan Singh was made the CM. Bhandari ji promoted many leaders in Rajasthan including Bhairon Singh ji.
Moreover, she said that many times a Sangh branch was organized in her house in Gwalior. Furthermore, she got guidance from patriots like Atal ji, Advani ji, Rajmata Saheb, Bhairon Singh ji, Sunder Singh ji, Bhandari ji, Rajju Bhaiya, KS Sudarshan ji, Dattopant Thengadi ji and Kushabhav Thackeray ji.
Why did Vasundhara Raje say this
This statement is also considered important because the performance of the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections was not as per expectations. Political analysts believe that perhaps Vasundhara Raje was deprived of responsibilities commensurate with her stature, which caused a loss to the party.
Furthermore, it is assumed that her importance was neglected. On the other hand, Shiv Raj Chouhan and Manohar Lal Khattar were made cabinet ministers. Vasundhara Raje, Shivraj and Manhar are former chief ministers of Rajasthan, MP and Haryana respectively. Moreover, her son didn’t get any portfolio.
Recently, BJP leader and former MP Sumedhanand Saraswati made a big statement regarding Vasundhara Raje. He had said about Vasundhara Raje that she is a great leader. Don’t know why she was not seen anywhere in the elections. Moreover, he said if she had come to campaign, the BJP would have got a big advantage on seats. I don’t know the reason why she was not seen in the elections, but her presence would have been beneficial.
Governor Gulabchand Kataria was also present in the program.
Assam Governor Gulabchand Kataria was also present at the program where she had reached. During this, Kataria also got into an argument with a worker on the stage. It is being said that the senior RSS workers wanted to honour the former Chief Minister, but Kataria stopped them. After this, the security personnel forcibly removed the senior RSS worker from the stage.
This program was organized on the occasion of the death anniversary of Sunder Singh Bhandari. He was a founding member of Jan Sangh. Moreover, this program is on the martyrdom day of founder Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. The chief guest of the program was Assam Governor Gulab Chand Kataria. Furthermore, special guest minister Babu Lal Kharadi ji, Assembly Speaker Vasudev Divanani ji and Rajya Sabha MP Rajendra Gehlot ji were also present in this program.

Kiran was seeking a ticket from Congress for her daughter Shruti from Bhiwani-Mahendragarh Lok Sabha seat. But the party gave a ticket to Congress MLA Rao Dan Singh from Mahendragarh instead of giving a ticket to her daughter. However, he was defeated in the elections. After that, Rao Dan Singh accused Choudhary of blasphemy without taking her name. At the same time, Kiran said that if the tickets had been distributed properly, Congress could have won the elections from here.
Now, Kiran and her daughter, former MP Shruti Choudhary, resigned from the party on Tuesday. According to sources, in the letter written to the Congress President, she has written about being insulted by big leaders of the Haryana Congress.
