Chhattisgarh High Court, during the hearing of a case, said that the concept of live-in relationships remains a stigma in Indian culture. Because it is against traditional Indian beliefs. Justice Gautam Bhaduri and Justice Sanjay S. Aggarwal’s division bench said that this is Western civilization, which is contrary to the general expectations of Indian principles. The rules of personal law cannot be applied in any court unless they are presented and recognized as customary practices.
Case Hearing in Chhattisgarh High Court
The bench of Chhattisgarh High Court was hearing the petition of Abdul Hameed Siddiqui (43), a resident of Dantewada. He was in a live-in relationship with a woman (36) of a different religion. Both have a child. Later the woman separated.
Dantewada’s Family Court rejected Abdul Hameed Siddiqui’s petition in December 2023 regarding the custody of the child. After this, he filed a petition in the High Court. The Chhattisgarh High Court also rejected the petition after the hearing. During the hearing, the court mentioned the complexities of personal laws and inter-religious marriages.
Abdul is already married and father of three children
The Chhattisgarh High Court found inconsistencies in the petitioner’s statements regarding the validity of the marriage under the Special Marriage Act. He was already married and lived with his wife. He also has three children. The lawyer for the woman, who was his live-in partner, argued that the petition lacked evidence to prove the validity of the marriage.
Abdul Hameed Siddiqui claimed that he lived with a woman from another religion for three years before getting married in 2021. He had an inter-religious marriage with the woman as per Muslim customs. He argued that according to Muslim law, he had the right to perform multiple marriages. His live-in partner opposed his claim for custody of the child.

Kota District Collector Dr Ravindra Goswami has written a letter motivating the students. While encouraging the children, he wrote that I had also failed in PMT. We can put in hard work, but ultimately it is up to God to determine the outcome. He appealed to the students due to the increasing number of students doing suicide in Kota. This is a worry for everyone including the residents of Kota as well as the parents of the students.
Kota collector started his emotional appeal with the poetry of Sahir Ludhianvi.
The Kota District Collector wrote that these lines of Sahir Sahib completely underline the victory over the struggles of life and the contribution of God to it. After some time you will give NEET and JEE Advanced papers. Dear children, it would be best if you remembered that every failure allows you to overcome the mistakes and convert them into success.
This exam is just a milestone, not a destination and failure in it cannot determine the direction of your life. I am an example of this, I have also failed in PMT. We can put in our best efforts, but ultimately, the results are in God’s hands. If we succeed, it may be because God has deemed it so. And if we don’t succeed, perhaps it’s because God has a different plan for us.
Therefore, all I have to say to you is that you are a great child of this great India. Moreover, only one examination cannot be considered as the criterion for achieving your goals. Even if you walk, you may fall. But the true test is getting up and continuing to walk tirelessly towards your destination so that this country can be proud of you.
Kota Collector also wrote a letter to parents.
Kota Collector also wrote a letter to parents. He wrote Dear parents, NEET and JEE examinations are to be held shortly. You must have provided proper facilities to your child for studies, coaching, room and food. Apart from this, the dedication you have made to your children has no parallel example.
Kota Collector questioned the parents whether a person becomes successful merely by passing an examination. He further said, probably not. Kota Collector said success is a spiritual experience, which is achieved by doing any work with dedication.
Kota collector said to the parents that the child may have worked hard but may have a bad day. It may be that the child may have worked hard but is not interested in the subject. Perhaps he is a fish, trying to fly in a race.
Kota collector Dr Ravindra Goswami requested parents to give their children a chance to make mistakes and correct them as my parents did when I went back home from Kota. Your Child will do anything for you with all his heart. Talk to him regularly and explain that failure is a universal experience. Everyone has made mistakes at some point in their lives. It is also not essential to become a doctor or an engineer to achieve success.
He further wrote that many times children ask me at “Dinner with Collector” that if I fail, my parents will never talk to me. Every time I assure them that their Parents are happy because of your happiness. Moreover, whatever you do if you do it with all your heart, you will be happy. He asked the parents that he hoped that as their representative, they would listen to these things said by him and give confidence to the great children of this great India which they need the most today. Kota Collecter ended both his letters with Jai Hind.

Lokesh Sharma alleged in a press conference that he had sent some audio clips to the media during the political crisis. At that time I said that I got this audio from social media. But this is not true.
The issue of phone tapping was in the headlines during the political crisis that hit the previous Gehlot government in 2020. On Wednesday, Lokesh Sharma, the OSD of former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, targeted former CM Gehlot by making serious allegations against him on Wednesday. Lokesh Sharma revealed that this audio was given to him by Ashok Gehlot. Moreover, Lokesh Sharma has continuously given statements against Gehlot after the Congress government was not in power in the state.
Lokesh Sharma described the matter
Sharma alleged that on July 16, 2020, MLAs were barricaded in a hotel on Delhi Road and I was in the hotel at that time. Then I got a call from Gehlot’s PSO that the Chief Minister had called. When I reached the Chief Minister’s residence, Gehlot gave me a paper and a pen drive. Gehlot said that this pen drive contained audio related to the horse-trading of MLAs, which is to be released in the media. I took the audio from the pen drive to my laptop and then from the laptop to my phone and released them into the media. At that time I followed the orders of the Chief Minister because I was his assistant.
Lokesh Sharma said that Gehlot suspected I had not destroyed the pen drive and laptop. That’s why they also conducted an SOG raid on my office on 26 November 2021. But they did not find anything. At that time I understood that Ashok Gehlot only uses people and discards them when the work gets done. He had told me many times to learn to use people.
The phones of Sachin Pilot and his supporters were under surveillance
Lokesh said that during the political crisis, the phones of Sachin Pilot and his supporters were put under surveillance by the state government. At that time many top officials of the police and home department were also involved in this matter. Gehlot did not like Sachin Pilot and wanted to tarnish his image in the public. Therefore, a conspiracy was hatched to topple the government and the blame was placed on the pilot. Sharma said that Gehlot also tarnished the image of Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat by making him an accused in the Sanjeevani scam.
Lokesh Sharma said that Gehlot also saved DP Jarauli
Lokesh alleged that DP Jaroli, who was the Chairman of the Board of Secondary Education, was also saved by Ashok Gehlot in the paper leak case. Level 2 papers were cancelled after the REET paper leak. When Jaroli’s name came up in this, Gehlot wondered what action should be taken, how to dismiss him. Then Gehlot used to say that Jaroli is his man.
Lokesh said that he has been facing harassment from Delhi Police for the last 3 years in the phone tapping case. Delhi Police often interrogates me for a long time. When an FIR was filed against me, Gehlot had said that we would fight this battle till the Supreme Court. But later he completely distanced himself from this matter and left me alone.
Gehlot-Lokesh conversation in alleged audio
In the alleged audio clip, Lokesh claimed and narrated to the media, that the voice is of Ashok Gehlot. In the audio recording, Gehlot is inquiring with Lokesh about the whereabouts of the pen drive that contained the audio file. Moreover, he inquired about the phone that was used to send the audio to the media. He wants to know if they were destroyed or not. Sharma responds to the question by confirming that they were indeed destroyed.
Then Gehlot asked about the laptop whether the laptop belonged to CMR or is it your one. Lokesh said that it was his laptop. Then Gehlot said that he should not keep the laptop with himself. Ashok asked to give it to someone else and he would give him a new laptop in exchange. During the conversation, Gehlot again asks whether it has been destroyed 200 per cent for sure. In reply, Lokesh said yes, it has been destroyed 200 per cent.
Ravinder Singh Bhati is a b-team of the Congress as per the statement given by Kailash Choudhary. BJP candidate Kailash Chaudhary said that no matter how much effort the Tukde Tukde gang makes, they cannot remove Narendra Modi from the hearts of the people.
The rhetoric has intensified on the Barmer Lok Sabha seat, which has become the hot seat of Rajasthan in the second phase of the Lok Sabha elections. Now Pakistan and the Tukde-Tukde gang have also entered this era of rhetoric. BJP candidate Kailash Chaudhary in Baytu said the Tukde Tukde gang is also eyeing the Barmer seat. If this border seat goes into the hands of such people, then infiltration will start in the country. Pakistan is also determined that a person with a nationalist ideology should not come here victorious in any way.
Kailash targeted Ravinder Singh Bhati
Kailash Chaudhary has called independent candidate Ravinder Singh Bhati the B-team of the Congress. While interacting with the media, in response to a question, Choudhary said that the entire Barmer, Jaisalmer knows that Ravinder Singh Bhati is the B team of Congress and is working accordingly. But the people here support PM Modi.
Aiming for the India alliance, he further said that the entire country knows how many scams Rahul Gandhi committed during his time. He can never become Prime Minister nor lead the country. The entire country is with PM Modi and this arrogant alliance is nowhere.
Who is Ravinder Singh Bhati?
Ravinder Singh Bhati, resident of Dudhoda, a small village of Barmer, comes from a very ordinary family. His father is a teacher. Youth leader Ravinder Singh’s father’s name is Shaitan Singh Bhati and his mother’s name is Ashok Kanwar. Ravinder Singh Bhati is married and his wife’s name is Dhanishtha Kanwar. Ravinder Singh Bhati grew up in the soil of Marwar since childhood and enhanced his respect for his Marwari culture.
Political Career of Ravinder Singh Bhati
Ravinder Singh Bhati started his political career in the year 2019. He started as the Student Union President of Jai Narayan Vyas University with a historic victory of 1294 votes as an independent candidate. In the year 2019, nominations of candidates were released for the post of Student Union President at Jai Narayan Vyas University. Ravinder Singh did not get the ticket from ABVP. Therefore he contested the election as an independent. Despite contesting the election as an independent, he won with a huge victory by 1294 votes. This was a big achievement for Ravinder Singh Bhati as he entered politics. Since there was no election for the post of Student Union President due to the Corona epidemic, he held the post of Student Union President of Jai Narayan Vyas University from 2019 to 2022. He had the longest tenure as student union president.
Student Leader to MLA
After achieving success as a Student Union President, Ravinder Singh Bhati set his sights on becoming an MLA. He aspired to contest elections on behalf of the Bharatiya Janata Party. However, the party gave the ticket for the Shiv assembly constituency to Swaroop Singh Khara instead of Ravinder Singh. This decision left Ravinder Singh disillusioned with the party, and he decided to contest the elections as an independent candidate. The independent candidate Bhati won the Rajasthan Assembly elections held on December 3rd, 2023 defeating a veteran leader by 3950 votes.
Ravinder Singh Bhati is currently running as an independent candidate in the Rajasthan Lok Sabha elections, causing a stir in politics. The BJP is feeling tense due to Bhati’s popularity. He is contesting for the Barmer-Jaisalmer Lok Sabha seat. Moreover, his nomination has made Barmer one of the top 25 hotly contested seats in Rajasthan. It remains to be seen whether Bhati will be able to win the upcoming elections despite the Modi wave.
Modi government will be formed again
He said that no matter how much the Tukde Tukde gang tries, they cannot remove Narendra Modi from the people’s hearts. Narendra Modi will certainly become the Prime Minister of the country for the third time with the love and blessings of the people. Pakistan and the Tukde Tukde gang are eyeing this seat with all their might.
He said that I held several talks with the central agencies for 5 years. The result of this was that no infiltrator entered our country and even those daring to enter were buried there. He taunted that if a person with nationalist ideology wins an election, crackers are bursting in India. But if it does not happen, there is a celebration in Pakistan.
