Chechat is now directly connected to Kota by the Rajasthan Roadways bus service. Rajasthan Roadways has started a direct bus service from Chechat to Kota on Diwali. On the occasion of Diwali, the people of Ramganj Mandi assembly constituency have received a big gift. Education and Panchayati Raj Minister and Ramganj Mandi MLA Madan Dilawar formally inaugurated this service on Friday.
At a ceremony held at the Chechat bus stand, Minister Dilawar performed a puja and flagged off the bus. He honoured the bus driver and conductor by garlanding them and draping a scarf over them. He said that the Chechat-Kota bus service had been a long-standing demand of locals, and today it has been fulfilled. Now, residents of the area will no longer need to change buses at other locations to travel to Kota, making travel more convenient.
Travel feels smoother when the road ahead becomes shorter. A fresh wave of convenience has arrived for commuters, students, workers, and travellers between Chechat and Kota. The long-awaited direct bus service from Chechat to Kota has officially begun, and it is already winning hearts on the route.

Evening: The return bus will depart Kota at 7:00 PM, arriving at Chechat at 8:30 PM and Khatikheda at 9:00 PM. The bus will stop overnight at Khatikheda.
