Kota News: To ensure public safety and maintain law and order, SP Sharad Chaudhary launched 9 mobile vehicles on Friday. SP said, “Police headquarters have made these vehicles available to Kota city police”. Moreover, it will reach the spot within a few minutes. You have to just dial 112 in case of any incident, accident or criminal incident.
All these vehicles will be present 24 hours in different busy areas of the city. Mobile vehicles will remain at Vivekananda Circle, Bajaria outside the railway station, New Cloth Market, Indragandhi Tiraha and Ghode Wala Baba Circle.
Mobile police vehicles will also be deployed at Jawahar Nagar Petrol Pump, Mahavir Nagar Square, Sanjay Nagar Square and DCM Square. Moreover, a police force is also deployed with them. These vehicles will also prove helpful in taking people injured in accidents to the hospital. These mobile vehicles are equipped with advanced technology.
The first mobile police stations in India were introduced in 2012 in Chandigarh, Chennai, and Purandar, Pune. The concept was introduced to provide police assistance at people’s doorsteps.
