After Ayodhya Dham, now Kalki Dham is going to be built in Sambhal, UP. This temple will be dedicated to Lord Kalki, the 10th incarnation of Lord Vishnu. This temple is unique in the world because the incarnation for whom the temple is being built has not yet appeared.

1 Site of Kalki Dham

शम्भल ग्राम मुख्यस्य ब्राह्मणस्य महात्मनः। भवने विष्णुयशसः कल्किः प्रादुर्भविष्यति॥

This means that in Sambhal village there will be a Brahmin Mahatma named Vishnuyash, who will have a very generous heart. Lord Kalki will incarnate in the house of these Brahmins.

According to Hindu religious scriptures, Lord Vishnu is said to have ten incarnations, out of which nine have been born and the tenth incarnation is yet to be born.

There is also a description of the Kalki incarnation of Lord Vishnu in the 12th Skanda of Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta. According to the scriptures, Kaliyuga at its peak, at the end of Kaliyuga, Lord Vishnu will incarnate as Kalki. He will ride on a white horse and be equipped with 64 arts. Lord Kalki will kill the evil ones riding on a white horse at the end of Kaliyuga.

2 The height of the peak of the temple will be 108 feet and the platform of the temple will be built above 11 feet.

3 Kalki Dham temple will be constructed with the same stones from which Somnath temple of Saurashtra and Shri Ram temple of Ayodhya were built.

4 Kalki is considered as the 10th incarnation of Lord Vishnu. According to Hindu religious scriptures, Lord Vishnu will incarnate as Kalki and end Kaliyuga.

5 White Horse

A statue of a white horse will be installed in Kalki Peeth near the ancient temple of Kalki Dham. There is a belief that when Kalki incarnates, he will ride on a white horse. The statue of this white horse has three legs on the ground and one leg in the air. It is said that when he arrives, the fourth leg of his horse will touch the ground, and that will mark the end of the Kali Yuga and the beginning of a new era.

6 The temple will be constructed on a grand scale, for which a space of five acres has been marked. Moreover, this big complex is being built keeping in mind the crowd of devotees coming in future.

7 There will be no iron or steel of any kind used in the construction of Kalki Dham temple. This temple will also be constructed by the interlocking method, which is the old style of temple construction in India.

8 The time limit for completion of the construction of the temple has been fixed for the next five years. After that, devotees will be able to visit the grand temple.

9 Kalki Dham will have 10 sanctums

10 sanctums will be constructed in the temple, which will represent the 10 incarnations of Lord Vishnu.

10 68 shrines will also be established in the temple. At the same time, a Deity will also be installed, while the old Kalki Peeth will remain in place.

Kalki Avatar will be born in this place

According to the Puranas, Lord Kalki will be born in a Brahmin family named Vishnuyasha at a place called Sambhal on the fifth day of Shukla Paksha of Sawan month. Moreover, Lord Kalki’s father would be a devotee of Lord Vishnu. Besides, he will also be knowledgeable about Vedas and Puranas. Furthermore, Lord Kalki will again protect the religion by destroying the sinners riding on a white horse.

According to mythological belief, with the incarnation of Lord Kalki, Satyayuga will begin and Kaliyuga will end. Furthermore, Kaliyuga started in 3102 BC, the first phase of which is currently going on. It is believed that Kaliyuga will last for 4 lakh 32 thousand years, out of which 5126 years of Kaliyuga have passed and 426875 years are still left. That means there are still about 426875 years left for Lord Vishnu’s Kalki incarnation to take place.

It is believed that as the time of Kaliyuga passes, atrocities and sins will increase on the earth.
