Recently, the dreaded terrorist Mohammad Qari Idrees has died in Pakistan. Idris was found dead in suspicious condition in Mirpur, Pakistan. Idris was the Mirpur in-charge for the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba and its other terrorist organizations The Resistance Force and People’s Anti-Fascist Front. Idris’s death is described as murder and an unknown man is said to be behind it.
Till now many terrorists have been made victims of unknown attackers in Pakistan. Pakistan blames India for saying that this unknown man has connections with India. Suket CHC Doctor has been made APO due to the death of two newborns. In Suket CHC of Kota negligence has been occurring for a long time. Recently 2 newborns died in the Suket Community Health Center of Kota. Due to this, the Medical and Health Department has taken strict action and directed disciplinary action against 14 medical personnel. A female health worker has been suspended immediately. Moreover, the Block Chief Medical and Health Officer has been made APO.
Negligence will not be tolerated at any level – Shubhra Singh
Shubhra Singh, the Additional Chief Secretary of the Medical and Health Department, has emphasized that strict action was taken in response to the tragic incident at Suket CHC. In Suket CHC two newborns lost their lives due to medical personnel negligence. An immediate investigation was initiated by the Joint Director of the Medical and Health Department, Kota Zone, to address this matter.
Shubhra Singh clarified that the BCMO had got the cause of death investigated by a three-member committee. In its report, the committee did not find that the death of both newborns was due to heatstroke. Furthermore, the committee found that there was negligence by the medical personnel at various levels in the Suket CHC for a long time.
Due to this, action has been taken by the medical department against many personnel simultaneously. She said that negligence will not be tolerated at any level in the availability of health services to the general public.
Female health worker of Suket CHC Chandrawati Sharma suspended
Director Public Health Dr Ravi Prakash Mathur said that voluntarily absent female health worker Chandrawati Sharma has been immediately suspended. Moreover, BCMO Dr Raees Khan has been made APO for supervisory negligence and disobeying the orders of the state government. Action is also being taken under CCA Rule-16 by giving a show cause notice to Dr Arpit Gupta the medical officer in charge of working in CHC, for voluntarily remaining absent from duty without getting leave sanctioned.
Notice issued to many employed in Suket CHC
Disciplinary action is being taken under CCA Rule-16 by giving show cause notice for negligence in duty by obstetrician Pushpalata Saxena and nursing officer Bajrang Lal Meena. Moreover, notice is been given to Hemant Chaudhary, Rahul Sharma, Ashiq, Faraz Baig, Vijay Kumar Panchauli, Nitish Verma and Tushar Yadav. Similarly, a notice is being issued to Dr Arpit Gupta, the medical officer in charge of Suket CHC, for being absent from duty without approved leave.
A minor driver caught on the road will have to pay a penalty fine of Rs 25000 from the 1st of June 2024 as per the RTO new rule. Additionally, if you drive a vehicle before the age of 18 you will regret it for the rest of your life. New rules will be implemented across the country from June 1 by the Government Regional Transport Office (RTO).

But now the arbitrariness of a minor driver on the roads is going to prove costly. Because now the government has made a plan to crack down on such drivers. If a minor is caught driving a vehicle, they will have to pay a fine of Rs 25,000.
Recently, an accident by a minor driver was trending in the news and social media. Hence the government has to make new rules for a minor driver. Parents and a minor driver should know the rules to avoid some mishappenings. Moreover, parents should restrict minors from driving.
New RTO rules for minor Drivers
New rules will be implemented across the country from June 1 by the Government Regional Transport Office (RTO). At the same time, driving without a driving license or at high speed will have to pay a heavy fine. If the driver is a minor i.e. less than 18 years of age, he will have to pay a fine of Rs 25,000. At the same time, if an adult is caught driving a vehicle without DL, a fine of up to Rs 2,000 will be imposed.
Let us tell you that currently there is a provision of a fine of Rs 25,000 on the parents if a minor is found driving. But, after the new rules come into effect from June 1, the vehicle owner may also be fined. Moreover, if a minor is caught driving a vehicle, he will not be able to get a driving license until he turns 25. Apart from this, the driving license of the vehicle owner will also be cancelled.
RTO rules for driving licence for a minor driver
Currently, a license is issued upon completion of 18 years of age. At 16 years of age, individuals can obtain a driver’s license for a bike with a capacity of 50 cc. This license must be updated after turning 18 years of age. However, if a minor is caught driving a vehicle, they can only get their driving license after turning 25 years old.
At present, there is a fine of Rs 5000 and three months in jail for driving without insurance. You will be fined Rs 10,000 and face 6 months in jail for driving under the influence of alcohol. Driver will have to pay Rs 10,000 for driving without a permit. Furthermore, Rs 2000 fine for overspeeding. Riding on a bike wearing slippers a fine of Rs 1000 has to be paid. You have to pay a fine of Rs 10,000 for driving without an RC. Rs 1000 is imposed as a fine for driving a car without a seat belt. A fine of Rs 5000 for driving without a driving license. Riders have to pay a fine of Rs 1000 for driving a bike without a helmet.
Now there will be no need to go to RTO and take a test to get a driving license (DL). You will be able to take the driving test by going to private training centres and driving schools.
Cybercrime prevention measures are taken by the telecom department and home ministry jointly by banning eight companies who were sending fraudulent SMS. More than 10,000 fraudulent messages were sent from these companies in the last three months. These measures are taken to prevent the increasing cybercrime in the country.

An official of the Telecom Department said that the companies against which action has been taken were involved in fraud for a long time. According to the Ministry, anyone receiving a suspicious message should immediately inform through the Chakshu facility available on Sanchar Saathi. Ban on the use of mobile numbers for telemarketing
Apart from this, the government has banned the use of mobile numbers for telemarketing. If any person uses his mobile phone to send promotional messages, he will be disconnected. Moreover, his name and address will be banned for two years. Only 180 and 140 series numbers can be used for telemarketing calls. Furthermore, a 10-digit mobile number is restricted for marketing. Agniveers are soldiers, leaders, innovators and defenders of national sovereignty. Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan said this while interacting with Agniveers. On May 20, 2024, he interacted with Agniveers soldiers undergoing training at the Maratha Regimental Center and Pilot Training School (ATS) in Belagavi.
CDS in the Maratha Regiment Center
The CDS of the Maratha Regiment Center highlighted the noble purpose of military service and its crucial role in the military framework and commended Agniveers for choosing the Armed Forces. Moreover, he explained that this demonstrated their extraordinary responsibility to the country.
General Anil Chauhan acknowledged the personal challenges faced by soldiers and their families. Moreover, he highlighted the hardships they had to endure while fighting in challenging environments. CDS visited the ATS in Belagavi
During the visit to the ATS in Belagavi, the CDS visited the training facility. Moreover, he gained an in-depth understanding of the Agniveervayu training of the IAF. He interacted with the third batch of Agniveers Vayu cadets undergoing training as per the revised induction model to be launched by the Ministry of Defense in 2022. Furthermore, he urged them to focus on training them to become skilled soldiers, ready to face the challenges of future wars.
CDS also emphasizes to cadets that learning is a lifelong process, especially in the evolving and dynamic field of warfare, which is technology-intensive and requires a deep sense of responsibility for the continuous improvement of capabilities. Who are Agniveers
Agniveers are recruited by the government of India in all three divisions ie Army, Navy and Airforce of the defence sector under the Agneepath Scheme. Any Indian citizen between the ages of 17.5 to 21 years can join as Agniveers. Girls can also join as Agniveers.
The Agneepath scheme was approved by the Union Cabinet in June 2022 and implemented in September 2022. Additionally, it is a new military rank.
Agniveers salary and benefits
– Recruited Agniveer will start with a monthly package of Rs 30000. Additionally, they will get allowances and benefits provided to the regular defence forces.
– The tenure of Agniveers is for four years only.
– Agniveers will get a fixed yearly increment of 10%
– Agniveers will get 30 days’ leave in a year. Sick leave will be granted on medical advice. Grant of leave is subject to conditions and emergencies.
– Agniveers will get all the medical facilities at military hospitals.
– Agniveers are covered by the life insurance schemes.
– An Agniveer Corpus Fund will be created and managed by the Ministry of Defence. In this fund, an Agniveer has to contribute 30% of the monthly package. Additionally, the same amount will be contributed by the Government to secure the future of an Agniveer after his services. Furthermore, this corpus fund is Income tax exempted.
