    Ranthambore National Park has used the grant of Rs 1 crore given earlier by TACO to purchase these seven vehicles. Six forest officers of Ranthambore National Park were also felicitated in appreciation of their outstanding contribution towards wildlife conservation.

    Priya Aggarwal Hebbar said that we are happy to contribute to the important conservation efforts in Ranthambore National Park. These seven ultra-modern patrol vehicles reflect our strong dedication to strengthening the park’s anti-poaching measures and response mechanisms.     On February 26, 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for over 2,000 railway infrastructure projects worth over Rs 41,000 crore. Here are some highlights:

    • Redevelopment of stations: The cornerstone of the projects was the launch of the “Amrit Bharat Station Scheme,” which aims to redevelop 553 railway stations across India at a cost of over Rs 19,000 crore. These redeveloped stations will offer modern amenities and improved passenger experience.
    • Improved connectivity: The initiative also included the foundation stone laying ceremony for 1,500 Road Under Bridges (RUBs) and Road Over Bridges (ROBs) across the country. This will enhance connectivity and reduce traffic congestion at level crossings.
    • Overall infrastructure boost: The projects encompass various aspects of railway infrastructure, aiming to improve safety, efficiency, and passenger experience.

    Indian Railways projects in Rajasthan

    Out of these projects, there are 21 railway stations in Rajasthan. Furthermore, these 21 railway stations of Rajasthan are included in the rejuvenation of railway stations taking place under Amrit Bharat Yojana. These include Ajmer Junction, Pali Marwar, Sanganer, Beawar, Fatehnagar, Jawai Dam, Rani, Somesar, Gogamedi, Raisinghnagar, Dausa, Fatehpur Shekhawati, Khairthal, Neem Ka Thana, Rajgarh, Deeg, Dholpur, Govindgarh, Khedli, Bundi and Jhalawar City. PM Modi today dedicated these railway stations to the public after their makeover.

    Apart from this, PM Modi inaugurated 112 underpasses and overbridges of the state. Let us tell you that a few days ago also, PM Modi had laid the foundation stone of projects worth more than Rs 17 thousand crore for Rajasthan.

It will continue till the 29th of February 2024. The Bharat tex 2024 global expo will be held in Bharat Mandapam and Yashobhumi in New Delhi. Moreover, It will showcase more than 3500 brands and 10000 textile products.

    The event is inspired by the 5F Vision of the Prime Minister. It has a unified focus on the entire textiles value chain, from farms to foreign customers via fibre, fabric, and fashion. It aims to showcase India’s expertise in the textile sector and reinforce its global position as a textile powerhouse.

    Bharat Tex 2024 is a four-day event organised by a consortium of 11 Textile Export Promotion Councils. It is been done with the support of the government. The event is focused on promoting trade and investment in the textile industry, with an overarching emphasis on sustainability. The event will feature more than 65 knowledge sessions with over 100 global panellists discussing various issues relevant to the sector. There will be dedicated pavilions on sustainability and circularity. Moreover, in the ‘Indi Haat’, there will be fashion presentations on diverse themes such as Indian textile heritage, sustainability, and global designs. Furthermore, in the Indi Haat, there will be interactive fabric testing zones and product demonstrations.

    Bharat Tex 2024 is expected to host policymakers and global CEOs, over 3,500 exhibitors, more than 3,000 overseas buyers from over 100 countries, and more than 40,000 business visitors. Additionally, it will also be attended by textile students, weavers, artisans, and textile workers. The event is expected to witness over 50 announcements and MoUs being signed. That will provide further impetus to investment and trade in the textile sector, and help boost exports. This will be another significant step towards realizing the Prime Minister’s vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat.
